Follow Up: Bar Keepers Friend In Action

I just thought I'd post some before and after pics of our stainless steel sauce pan.  My husband had cooked scrambled eggs in it the night before and I scrubbed it with hot soapy water the next morning.  Even after it had soaked for several minutes, this is as clean as I could get it.

And this is how it looked after we scrubbed it with
Bar Keepers Friend.

Ooooo, shiny!

I'm going to have to keep my eye out for this. My stainless cookware needs some serious help.

We use SOS pads on our stainless steel pots/pans but I don't like how they get rusty. I'm going to try this. Thanks!

Wow that works great. And I have seen it at my Target before so it is out there.

I hate the look of rusty SOS pads laying around, too.
I'll have to check my Target again. Thanks Shannon!

Vinegar also works wonders on stainless steel. Dilute it equally with water or use it full strength. Let it sit in the pan for a while and watch it take away those little bits of food residue in your pans with no scrubbing! Your pans will come out sparkling clean.
